For time do the following:
20 Partner squats back to back arms locked
400 meters of 2 burpees then through sand bag overhead backwards as far as you can. Then partner repeats. (you may never go in front of the sandbag, you may not start the next 2 burpees until the bag has left the hand of your partner, if you hit a car or mailbox 50 burpee penalty on the spot, trees or bushes results in 25 burpees)
Finish with 10 high five push ups, 10 partner leg lock sit-ups, 10 back to back squats, and 10 partner jump ropes facing same direction front to back.
