Run, Pull Up, Handstand Push Up

This workout was the Main Site WOD 2 times on 03/19/2010 , 08/15/2011

With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up and one handstand push-up the first minute, two pull-ups and two handstand push-ups the second minute, three pull-ups and three handstand push-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. When you cannot complete the required number of reps for either exercise, continue only with the other as long as you are able.

  • Use as many sets in any order each minute as needed.

    check it out on crossfit.com, it is 3 rounds of a few core movements 10 reps, that is the best place to ask these types of questions also

    Sorry to be a pain what is the standard warm up?

    There is a standard crossfit warmup that you can do before every WOD that will get you the “work” that you are looking for. Other than that, just do what the wod is. Be thankful when there is not much, that just means in a day or two it will be miserable.

    Bit of a newbie and wanting some advice looking at the workouts some are very brief, are the workouts to be performed with no other excercise than mentioned? ps If this is not the corrrect place to ask these questions please point me in the right direction.
