Rest as required between rounds.
Elevate feet to height of rings so that body is parallel to the ground at the end of range. For the Ring Row, you will start in a decline position and pull to parallel. For the Ring Pushup, you will start in an incline position and lower to parrallel. Rings MUST touch the chest for the rep to count.
Post total Pushups, total Rows and Total reps of both
