Plank, Burpee, Flip

Hold plank for round's designated time. If you succeed, then you do burpee plate flips for 10m. Burpee over plate, flip 25#/45# plate, burpee over plate, flip plate, etc until you hit 10m, then carry plate over head back to start. If you don't hold plank for designated minutes, even if you stop a few seconds short, then you do the burpees plate flips there and back instead of carrying the plate back.
R1: Hold plank for 2:00 mins
R2: Hold plank for 1:30 mins
R3: Hold plank for 1:00 min
R4: Hold plank for :30 min
