Krav Maga Self Defense class Lvl 2 warm up: jumping jacks, pushups, mountain climbers, shadow boxing review choke from behind review front kick to a vertical target strikes: side kick drill: Monkey in the middle techniques: bearhug from behind (arms free) drill: monkey in the middle Level 1: warm-up: jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups, shoulder tag (3 rounds), partner push-ups, partner sit-ups techniques & strikes: stance and movement straight punches free knees choke from the front (2 handed pluck) ground stance and movement drill: 30 sec. drill ground movement w/ get-up and free knees
