While "Partner A" works for 1 Minute, "Partner B" will hold one of the following positions:
KB Swings and Front Squats: Hold a plank position on the elbows.
Burpees and V-Ups: Hold the bottom of a squat.
At the one minute mark, partners switch. Score for total reps.
