In teams of 2: 3 Rounds: 2 Minutes Max KB Swings 53#/35# 2 Minutes Max Burpees 2 Minutes Max DB Front Squats 30#/20# 2 Minutes Max V-Ups 1 Minute Rest While "Partner A" works for 1 Minute, "Partner B" will hold one of the following positions: KB Swings and Front Squats: Hold a plank position on the elbows. Burpees and V-Ups: Hold the bottom of a squat. At the one minute mark, partners switch. Score for total reps.
