Dumbbell Deadlift, Dumbbell Hang Cleans, Dumbbell Squat, Dumbbell Push Presses

  • 5 Dumbbell deadlifts
  • 5 Dumbbell hang cleans
  • 5 Dumbbell push presses
  • 5 Dumbbell squats
  • Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.
