Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:- 2 x [5 pullups + 10 pushups + 15 squats] 3 x deadlift @ 90% 1RM Range of motion is king. Ensure that pullups, pushups and squats have full range of motion at both the bottom and top positions. Do not count any reps that fall short of full range of motion. For extra challenge, touch chest to bar on every pullup rep.
