"THE AIR FORCE WOD"

20 Thrusters 95/65 20 SDHP 20 Push Jerks 20 OHS 20 Front Squats *Same load throughout. You must start the workout with 4 Burpees, then do 4 Burpees at the beginning of every minute before continuing on to the barbell work. You can move to the next exercise once you've completed all 20 reps. This is a lighter load, so...go as fast as possible!
