02/01/2012 Handstand Push Up, Pull Up, Kettlebell Swing, Sit Up, Burpee RXed 10:48 Did ok, I was a little sore from the wod yesterday. I did the 5 rounds of muscle ups and 21 high pulls. I did that in 13:08. I know if I pushed it today I could have dropped a minute or so off my time. Good wod. Also right before this wod I did, 80%x1x4 power snatch 80%x1x4 powe clean+power jerk 80%x1;70%x2x2 long day LOL
01/03/2012 cidy was a nice girl RXed 5 rounds did a trial run and didnt do as well as i expected. my back started to tighten up in the third round and really slowed me down. i did banded deadlifts the day before so i think thats why. going to go for it all out on friday.
