12/11/2009 Deadlift, Run, Kb Swing, Overhead Squat, Burpee, Pullup, Box Jump, Squat Clean RXed 32:08 KILLER!! I subbed 225 for Dl, 45lb Dumbell for KB swings, 95lb overhead squats, assisted pullups, and 35lb DB squat cleans. Somehow I didnt even get the burpees in...didnt have it on my list when I converted over...no wonder I thought my time was mediocore. My runs were closer to 500m tho with 1 1/2 flights of stairs each time to get up to the track. That made it insane!!
12/10/2009 Run, Back Extension, Ghd Sit Ups, Hip Extension, Sit Up, Knees To Elbows RXed 14:43 no GHD Machine so subbed incline situps for all sit ups, and someone moved the back extension machine on me so subbed floor back extensions for all extensions. good workout.
