WOD7 - W - 20 burpess 10 KBS 2 pood in 3 min - 2 rounds + 5 burpees, stopped bc I was ahead WOD8 - L - Diane - 15-12-9 225# deadlift and HSPU to 1 abmat - hit a wall after 10 HSPU on round 2 and just had no more. 4-3 in competition, 5-3 overall with bye. Not sure of placement, just happy I didn't die bc I felt like hell and wasn't planning on doing it this morning. | |
