11/16/2009 Angie RXed 22:01 I tore a callus at 50 pull so i dropped and figured i’d do the rest. Finished the workout, saw the tear wasn’t too bad and finished. Was doing 5 reps every 30 sec for pullups so it didn’t really affect my time; it would have took me exactly 10min for the pullups anyway. The situps were unsupported without any “english.” Supported i know i can do 100 in 1:30, so i figure i can easily get this time down.
