About:

I am a single father who has played around with Crossfit for the last year or so, and has started to begin to take it seriously in the last three months. After a life full of playing sports, I love the competition that Crossfit brings to my life, as well as all of the great people involved with it.

12/12/2008 Annie RXed 09:02 I had the worst jump rope known to man, which, combined with my struggles on double unders forced me to scale the workout. I subbed 2 single unders for each double. After completing the workout, I couldn't help but think that 3 for 1 would have been more appropriate, as the single unders were pretty easy.
