Cost me probably 20-30 seconds per round. 1st time for Hip-Back Extensions, did them slow and in control. Good workout.

Did all other as required, except failed to make all 3 rope climbs to top. First Rope climb 2/3 way to top, second 1/2 way and third attemp only 1/3 of the way. No strength left to pull body up rope.
