08/26/2009 Nate RXed 6 Sub'd 6 pull ups and 6 dips for muscle ups. Used the 32kg Kettle Bell. Played an hour of hockey immediately after my workout, so I needed to conserve some energy.
08/25/2009 Thruster, Clean, Sumo Deadlift High Pull RXed 5 I need to work on my form. The hang power clean still does not feel natural.
