Did squats/hand stand walk yesterday: 5 rounds for time - 20 back squat, 135lbs (did 4 rounds at 135, last one at 115) 20 yard hand stand walk My legs were already smoked going into this and it made the box jumps go a lot slower than normal. I was able to get 20 before I had to start stepping up instead of jumping.

01/17/2011 Form Practice Mod Monday, ropes climbs. We don't have a rope here at work. Instead I decided it would be a good idea to work on form/technique on deadlifts, squats, and cleans. I made some good progress, most notably on the deadlifts! The squats I was just practicing going ALL the way down.

I did 3 rounds for total 280 reps 24" box jumps 14lb medicine ball slams burpees 25lb kettlebell swings 25lb please for around the worlds Jade (co-owner of CVCF) helped me work on butterfly kipping after the WOD was over.

01/11/2011 110111 Mod 18:42 I did Three rounds for time of: 6 pullups and 6 dips 9 handstand pushups 65lb power clean, 15 reps 20 wallball shots, 14lb ball - tweeked my left hip on my very first wallball shot so I did the rest without the squat portion and did a motion similar to a push jerk instead. 18:42 (with about 1.5 minutes on the ground moving my leg to try and figure out if it was injured or not after the first wallball). Also did the wallball shots all at the end instead of in rotation with the other exercises because the weights are upstairs and there isn't enough ceiling height/wall space to do wallballs up there, so we had to do them downstairs. I saw my friend who is a chiropractor after work and got adjusted and my leg feels fine. Not really sure what happened.
