02/15/2011 Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of: 15 Chest to bar pull-ups 30 second Ring L-sit hold RXed 4 Stopped with 4 minutes left, tore a chunk of my hand off with the pullups. Finished with 100 24" box jumps, 100 squats, 50 chest to knee sit ups & 50 GHD Back Extensions.

02/10/2011 Wittman RXed 32:19 As prescribed except used a 1.67 pood bell. Brutal pain in left shoulder, left entire arm numb. Had to do power cleans in sets of 5, stretching out shoulder in between...worst time because of that. Didn't quit though.

01/28/2011 Knees To Elbows, Kettlebell Swing, Push Up, Rope Climb, Box Jump, Back Extension, Walking Lunge Mod 07:09 Only did one round, I read it wrong! Damn. Had to do towel pulls ups for the rope climbs, and used a 30lbs kettlebell. Wasted lots of time on the towel pull ups. Finished this off with about 2 minutes trying to learn to skip rope and 31 hand stand push ups.
