04/29/2009 Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps RXed 875 lbs sucked today. (95,115,125,135,135,135,135)
04/27/2009 Deadlift, Ring Dip RXed 16:41 First set of sumo high pulls unbroken. Next three sets (8,7,6) Last Set (11,10) All of the ring dips were tough. Managed to bang out sets of 3 to 6 every time
04/26/2009 Squat Snatch, Pull Up RXed 16:44 as RXd. Took me awhile to get the hang of the squat snatch.
04/22/2009 Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps RXed 2345 lbs 295 305 315 335 365 365 365 tried 385 twice and failed both times
04/20/2009 Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps RXed 3300 lbs Had to do three sets of 5 @ 220. In a bit of a rush today
