02/08/2010 Squat Clean Thruster, Pull Up Mod 11:33 1st time doing squat clean thrusters felt hard to get wrist back far enough had operations on both and they dont fully extend back so had to drop weight all way back to 40kg will def go harder next time.Pull ups were assisted as im still to weak to lift my lazy ass after 5 to 6 reps alot of improvement needed cant wait to hit it again.....
