All pistols done strict for first time ever but while holding opposite foot. on about 5 total pistols I fell back wards and did not get full extension until regain balance with other leg. left leg down is harder than right leg down. Tore a callus on round 10. Pull-ups were tough after yesterday doing the 75 in that workout.

Push jerks hard because could not stay tight while trying to breathe.

Unbroken: HSPU's Dead lifts Box jumps not in a row but did not walk away. Broken: Pull-ups 20-10-10-10 Wall balls 30-20-15-15-10-10 Double unders (shoulders and forearms onfire)-a few until messups until about 7 then good to 50, same for second 50, third 50 good, fourth 50 same as 2nd 50. 400m run-start with walk and weight over behind head. Made it through about 210m then had to put weight down. Very short break 3 seconds. pick up and farmer carry switching every 50m. Beat old score by almost 1 minute.

07/05/2010 Bike 30K RXed 01:11:32 "Rock Shocks" suck the power out of you! My mountain bike is not made to go that distance. Always wear glasses when biking near cornfields at night! Dont breathe with your mouth open! It is very scary riding through cornfields at 10 at night. Mission accomplished and lessons learned.
