03/26/2013 Helen Mod 10:15 OK So it wasn't rx'd because we decided to do 15 pullups instead of 12 ! upscaling Helen the bitch because it's not already intense enough. I struggled to get back to earth after this workout for 15mins I was walking around like a ragged doll. could easily do it again today, so much fun.
