10/29/2011 Run 2.5 Miles RXed 23:23 1st exercise in 2 weeks since stitches in my back, and still 2 more weeks until I'm back to Crossfit workouts. Began and ended with sets of pushups, air squats and plank holds.
10/16/2011 Freak Factor Mod 00:29 6 OHS (65#), 6 push-ups, 5 K2E, 4 burpee, 8 swings (44#). Push-ups got hard fast, working on control of K2E's so I can link them; not there yet.

10/13/2011 Squat Power Mod 30:40 135# back squat (can move up next time), 53# KB farmers carry. Rds 1/2 = 15 T2B, rds 3/4 = 10 T2B, rds 5/6 = 20 v-up. Too many T2B
10/11/2011 Lock It Out! Mod 20:27 110# power snatch = PR by 10kg! Still can't hold a rack position with weight, so no C&J for me.

10/07/2011 It All Adds Up Mod 27:42 HSPU nowhere near full depth, 20# DB, 44# KB. Lots of things I didn't do for 3 months post-injury, so this was tough for me. And my calf cramped up on the cold, rainy run.
10/04/2011 Ride the Wave Mod 30:19 OHS for thrusters (still can't hold rack position with weight), 3 rounds @75#, last 2 at 64#. Felt awful starting in the first round. Tough day.
10/03/2011 Full Body RXed 360 rounds 8 rounds (+0); first time doing pull-ups since 7/7 injury, and never went to the band!
10/01/2011 Up and Running! Mod 25:01 44# KB (post-injury high), and first time hanging from a bar in 12+ weeks!
09/30/2011 Dumbell Delight Mod 17:51 15# DB for my left elbow, no burpees
09/26/2011 Blaze of Glory Mod 25:48 35# KB. Missed only twice on dubs (#28 in rd 3, #27 in rd 4).
09/25/2011 Saving Grace Mod 32:18 75# power snatch (should have done 88#) for C&J, 2x v-ups for T2B
09/22/2011 Fire in the Hole Mod 19:26 132# back squats for thrusters, v-ups (2x) for T2B, 35# KB. Warm-up = 3 rounds of 1:00 dubs + 0:45 handstand hold. Good to be back, but the time off didn't help my elbow.
