06/06/2010 Detox Mod 0 In the first WOD, muscle-ups were scaled to x3 dips + x3 chin-ups b/c the gym doesn't have a place for muscle ups; squat cleans scaled down from 155lb; row scaled from running b/c treadmills are weak. I will try this WOD again tomorrow at the Krav studio, where muscle-ups and running outside are both possible. In the second WOD, 135lb overhead squat was scaled down to 95lbs. My legs are there but my shoulder flexibility is not. Could've done more weight, though. Next time...
