Love my family, love my job, and love my CrossFit! 24 years as a career firefighter and still keeping up with the kids I work with thanks to CrossFit. I am 56 and find myself lifting weights that I could not when in my twenties. I wish CrossFit had been available when I was in my twenties! :)

Oh and make sure to use a pull-up bar rather than slippery metal rings with no chalk. Pull-ups were very slow due to grip issues. Great workout otherwise!
