01/07/2009 custom RXed 20:01 Powered through 4 rounds with no break, then took a very short breaks during deadlifts, banged out all 15 pushups each round.
01/03/2009 Murph RXed 00:15 Partitioned in 5 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 air squats. Ran first mile in 7 min. Second mile 7:30. I struggle with my pullups. Once I get those down, look out!
