About: I stumbled onto Crossfit in April 2010 after a military friend of mine recommended it to me. As an ex-high school wrestler and current full-time graduate school student, it scratched where I itched. It's given me something to fuel the old competitive fire and, since the workouts are hard, fast, and to the point, they're great for someone with very little time. I'm loving it.
