Dude you are killing me with these challenges! :) The good news is you are finding some of my weaknesses so it should help in the long run. I have never done so stinking many OHS with 95#! Between that and the 400m runs my legs are really feeling it! Take care.

Great job on the Nancy! I will try it tomorrow at work. OHS are not my strong suit but I will give it a go. I also want to try the “Nutts” Hero WOD. Looks very tough!
