About: Living and working in South Korea. Crossfit movement is known here, but rarely practiced by locals. I train at a gym that supports my crossfit style, but I don't have a coach. I do my best with what lifting experience I have and any suggestions from the local staff. I've done crossfit on and off for 4 years and I'm getting back into it again. I hope to stick with it this time.
