I have been training and coaching at a strongman gym in palos verdes, CA I started training Febuary 1st 2010. I am working on my level 1 crossfit certification and enjoying the amazing crossfit community thus far. I am passionate about health & fitness and when I am not training I enjoy the outdoors and surfing, hiking working on that dreaded pose running. I love to cook and like playing acoustic guitar when i get some down time ( not very often) and I am a little bit of an adrenaline junkie! work hard play harder…
