02/17/2012 Helen PRed Mod 09:28 modified: 2 rnds, 10 35# KB Swings, 5 pullups - assisted 17 There was a full minute walking up and down stairs between the treadmills and the kettle-bells each time (subtracted from time total workout = 12:34). I needed the rest to get my breath back though, because running is hard. My second lap was sooo slow. I didn’t particularly want to do 35# swings, but someone was using the 20#, which really was too light, so I downed the numbers to what I could do unbroken on the first set. I need to lower my assist too, which is nice. Did DU for warm up, max string = 10 and I was regularly nailing 5-6, so yay.
