I didn’t particularly want to do 35# swings, but someone was using the 20#, which really was too light, so I downed the numbers to what I could do unbroken on the first set. I need to lower my assist too, which is nice. Did DU for warm up, max string = 10 and I was regularly nailing 5-6, so yay. | |
