been at it brokenly for a year (since Jan 2011). started strong for 4 months, but was hit by a car on my bike, so I took 3 months off due to shoulder pain. Back at it now since sept ‘11, crushing PR’s every week. conjugate system baby.

02/15/2012 Run, Squat Clean Thruster RXed 25:18 Treadmill for the runs slowed me down a touch. All the low back work this week made this 100% tougher than it had to be. Not that thats a bad thing. Did a dynamic effort shoulder press 12x2 on 1' @ 135#'s beforehand.
