12/08/2008 Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps RXed 0 lbs Ran 5K yesterday instead of Xfit, so did yesterday's today... (modified). - 15 pullups - 15 back extensions - 15 pushups - 15 situps for reps for 20 minutes (did 3.5 rounds), then topped it off with 35 box jumps, called it a lunch hour.
12/05/2008 Squats, Muscle Up RXed 00:30 Failed due to timed out. Gotta hit the shower and go back to work at 30 minutes.
