12/24/2008 Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps RXed 1495 lbs 275, 295, 305, 305, 315 Very hard last set, lost lumbar curve on last rep.
12/23/2008 Eva RXed 49:19 Ugh! Pull ups sucked and first time with 2 POOD KB swings - need to work on height, but form was good.
12/20/2008 Four rounds, each of: 800 meter run RXed 3 rested 3:00 between each run. Windy and cold and calves very tight when done.
12/19/2008 Box Jump, Jumping Pull Ups, Kettlebell Swing, Walking Lunge, Push Press, Knees To Elbows, Wall Ball, Back Extension, Burpee, Double Under RXed 29:08 Wall ball and burpees suck!
