I’ve been crossfitting for a few years now. I am still learning proper lifting techniques, and I have a long way to go.. but I have heart.

05/13/2012 Jag 28 Mod 23:23 I screwed this up. I only have a 1.5 pood KB. So thats what I did for the swings. and used 55lb dumbells for the clean/jerks. still hard, but I dont have a 2 pood kb or anything over 60lb dumbells.
